OUR HISTORY

From the Start

Lifescore Foundation was born from lived experience. In 2019, Founder Beyonca Johnson transformed her personal journey one marked by poverty, trauma, and resilience into a mission to heal communities.

What began as intimate healing circles and small mentorship gatherings grew into a full scale Wellness Resource Center serving hundreds of youth and families across Chicago’s South Side.

Beyonca knew what it meant to fight through broken systems alone so she built the organization she once needed: a place centered on healing, belonging, opportunity, and generational transformation.

Lifescore Foundation exists to prove that when individuals have the tools to heal, lead, and grow, entire families and entire communities can break cycles and rise together.
